Supervisor Participation Form

Note: The courses include materials for supervisors to support their technician’s learning. This added feature enhances real-time application and helps learners get more out of the training experience.

ProTech: Advanced Training for RBT®s and Technicians is a self-paced, expert-led training series designed for experienced behavior technicians in mentorship or lead roles. This five-course bundle builds practical skills in verbal behavior, error correction, graphing, data collection, and professional conduct. Learners gain tools to improve service quality, support peers, and contribute to clinic-wide consistency.

Learning Objectives

1. Apply professionalism skills such as time management, ethical boundaries, and effective communication with clients, families, and coworkers.

2. Collect, measure, and secure behavioral data using direct, indirect, and time-sampling methods while ensuring data integrity.

3. Implement and teach strategies for verbal behavior, including correct use of mand, tact, echoic, and intraverbal operants.

4. Create and interpret graphs to support visual analysis and communicate data-driven recommendations.

5. Identify and apply appropriate error correction strategies and guide others in selecting and implementing procedures effectively, with supervisor collaboration.
